ARE YOU IN HIGH SCHOOL? HOW'S THAT?
I'm currently a senior in High School. Can't wait to finish and dedicate my time to what I am passionate about...filmmaking.

HOW DID YOU AND NATE HOOK UP FOR THIS PROJECT?
Volcom sent me on a trip to Cabo and that's when I first filmed with & meet Nate. After that, Nate called me and gave me the opportunity to edit his part.

WHAT WAS THE PROCESS? WAS THERE A VISION GOING INTO IT?
We gathered all the footy and Nate came down from Central California twice. We worked on portraying Nate's style and steez in the water. 

DESCRIBE THE NIGHT THE SITE WENT LIVE? WHERE WERE YOU? WHAT WAS GOING ON?
Sound asleep counting sheep haha....was up extra early glued to the site ever since. Been keeping Nate updated since he is in OZ with no internet.

HOW HAS IT BEEN SINCE THEN? WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN DOING TRYING TO WIN?
I'm psyched on all the feedback. I really want a section in the film!

FROM YOUR UNDERSTANDING OF INNERSECTION, WHAT IS THE DETERMINING FACTOR OF GETTING YOU INTO TOP TEN?
There are a few different factors they are looking for. First flow, good song that works with the surfing, climax, and an all round banging section. Also there's the icing on the cake like color correcting, effects, etc...

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU CLICKED ON YOUR OWN VIDEO?
Honestly, I only view my section to froth at all the feedback and comments.

HOW DO YOU FEEL YOUR SECTION STACKS UP AGAINST THE OTHERS?
We worked really hard and were stoked on the outcome. Hey, it's up to the viewers and filmmakers to us a yah or nah. 

WHAT'S YOUR TOP FIVE LIST?
I really enjoy Mike Losness's and Dylan Graves. 

WHO BESIDES NATE IS RIPPING THE HARDEST IN THIS EVENT? PURE SURFING TALENT?
Bunch of talent out there Mike Losness, Oliver Kurtz, Dylan Graves, Marlon Gerber... just to mention a few.

WHO'S FILMMAKING WERE YOU IMPRESSED WITH?
Jerry Ricciotti had nice flow. I've never met him but his section caught my attention. 

ANY SECTIONS ON THE SITE YOU THINK ARE BEING OVERRATED?
No comment...

IN HINDSIGHT, WHAT WOULD YOU DO DIFFERENT GOING INTO THIS EVENT?
You can always have more footage to edit with. 

WHAT'S YOUR PLAN WHEN YOU GET OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL?
I'm currently a film intern with Volcom and my boss Matt Shuster has taken me under his wings...I am going to keep pursuing my passion in filmmaking.
